ene as a cat, or enyan, is very alert and playful. she has a lot of energy and uses it. she really likes messing with shinyanro, too. she's definitely more kitten-like in her habits, playing and having fun. she can be affectionate when she wants to, but for the most part, assume you'll get to pet her twice then she'll playfully bite your hand and run, expecting a chase.

a comic about taichi getting upset at haruna for sleeping in the way. i'm sure everybody's tripped over her, but she doesn't move. in fact, i'm pretty sure the floor right there is uncomfortable. they probably have to pry her away to shower and use the bathroom. for food, she won't move i'm sure.

they probably have to bring it to her and she'll eat outside that door. AND YA TBH I THINK HARUNA NEEDS RITO MORE THAN HE NEEDS HER? or maybe it's more appropriate to say she's more likely to act out and on an emotional whim then rito is about this? then again, he's isolating himself bc he's worried of hurting any of them.

she's very ""it's okay if you hurt me bc i know //you// don't want to"" and he's very ""i don't want to hurt you or anybody"" and YA they just make me sad bc they're so innocent??? truly blank slates?? they just want their happy derp life around the kotatsu with taichi and watching tv and laughing and having fun.

but instead they inherit their sins?? OR WELL, RITO DOES. HE HAS A BIG A BURDEN TO CARRY ON HIS SHOULDERS THAT TOKI WOULD HAVE HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING WOULD HAPPEN. so now the thing that drove toki to suicide is completely rito's. and he has no idea why. or what it is. or anything like that. he just knows this man and woman want him and haruna dead.

haruna i feel rly bad for too bc wow she literally did nothing? in fact noelle was on ryker's good side! he liked her, in fact! the problem was rito wasn't fully programmed and he ended up killing noelle. and haruna was born, got attached, and simply by existing she was sentenced to die-- and that's really sad. she didn't even do anything wrong. noelle didn't do anything wrong. both of them committed no crimes and they're both sentenced to death? one already has happened. the other is waiting to happen.

idk normally i don't feel all that bad for my ocs, but haruna i feel really bad for? and by association, noelle. but haruna has it a lot harder-

AND YA RITO AND HARUNA REALLY DESERVE TO BE HAPPY?? as a writer and story teller, usually i like the saddest or near saddest endings. but i feel bad here??

for example, had i not felt bad, i'd have suggested the route goes down ryker's path perhaps. i think i had said it once before--

crito ends up coming down to the last two- him and haruna. and haruna would know she doesn't really stand a chance and honestly, there probably is no point. she doesn't have the time or means to fix rito. so instead she'd take the time to lay out all the evidence against ryker and tessa. inditing them for their crimes and hand in this grisly scene. so at least, her death takes them down, too.

somehow, only rito or only haruna living was out of the question bc even if they have health 20-some-odd-year old bodies, i think they'd really die without the other. i really do think they need each other-- to the point they'd just give up without the other--

AND YA WHEEZES-- IN THE END, IT'S STILL SAD IF THEY BOTH LIVE AND RUN AWAY BC YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THE EFFECT ON TAICHI??? he got his brother back?? and was having an actual fun life with others? and now they're gone. they just packed up and left without a word. and to make sure taichi doesn't try to follow them bc he's worried, they probably won't tell him where they are for a very, very long time.

AND JUST YA SIGHS. SOMEHOW, THIS STORY GOT SAD I'M SO SAD i need sleep i cannot handle this

as a cat, shintaro is uninterested in playtime. he's pretty lazy and doesn't respond much. he prefers sulking off on his own, or watching the others play from far away.

he's also that sort of cat that you call out their name, and you KNOW the cat heard. BUT THEY JUST ACTING LIKE THEY DIDN'T HEAR YOU OR STRAIGHT UP IGNORE YOU rude.
