This is the villain from the third part of the PKMN story. Kinda. LOL.
There are four villains in all that work together. She's the most soft-hearted and most against what they're doing; but she's also a pushover and easy to walk all over. So, because she doesn't want to be alone, she agrees to do what her friends tell her to.
This isn't what she looks like currently; this is her younger self. What she was wearing when her and her friend's lives changed that made them turn into villains.
Her name is Isabella, but just call her Bella, okay?
And here's the main head villain as a kid. When he was still... happy lol? GOTTA FIND HIM A NAME.
His name is now Pryce.
