this flu only just now started to feel like it's letting up? i'm prohibiting myself from talking for the next two days to try to help my throat out, since i got no work tomorrow. hopefully, that will speed up the process of my poor throat.
i don't like spilling my guts on my blog, but really, other than like, two people maybe, who reads this? i might have to get some lab work done to check my thyroid, it might be a major source of my medical problems. i wouldn't be surprised, it runs in my family.
Anyways, I'm gonna try to get their designs down today. They're essentially the focus of the story? I'm not sure how I want his part to play out, considering he ends up being the villain in the end... but is it all his doing or something more??? Hmmm.
She's nameless right now. Idk her age. Definitely modern times. A more rural town though. But not completely dead backwater hick valley, lol.

Ayase is a girl who grew up with friends, but in the end she ran away from them. She really has nobody to blame but herself, and she knows that. She enjoys spending time alone and making up her own worlds and dreams and schemes. These plausible, realistic dreams are what get her through the day.
Tbh, I think she plays a lot of games? And I want her to play an instrument! I'm not sure which though, not yet. I don't think anything big?
Anyways, she meets Dojima while taking a very rare walk. She likes to go and hide out at the park where the creek is? And that's where he is. When he tries to talk to her / get to know her, all she can think of is while he's very friendly, he's probably just some creepy trying to hit on her or get in her pants. She could tell he's a little older than her.
She runs into him around town ((especially on her way to and from school)) as he's always out and about taking pictures. Eventually, he convinces her to come to the creek more often and that's where the two's friendship really starts to unfold.
As he fuels her confidence, she starts dressing a little more girly. She doesn't own girly clothes though, mind you. She wears her only skirt and plays with her hair a bit more. She also doesn't scowl as much but has a more calm or shy look on her face.
I wouldn't call her tsundere? But that's the vein she's sort of in. She's not the type to screech or smack him when he does something? But she'll shyly look away and tell him he's dumb or playfully give him a smack. She definitely keeps some distance between them, but it's obvious she's warmed up quite a bit to him. Perhaps it's her own way of flirting, though she doesn't realize it.
Dojima is a 20 year old boy whose not from the town Ayase is in. He actually is renting a run down motel room (lol) where he keeps all his belongings. He does, however, have a side bag he carries around at all times. This contains immediate items he needs such as his camera, water, money, it's basically a purse tbh lol.
He wears the bandages on his elbows as he gets down on them often to take really good pictures of tiny animals and to get in real close. You can often find him taking shots of nature, which is definitely his favorite subject. He's very good at climbing up high into trees and other structures to get the shots he wants the most.
On top of that, he's a very, very warm boy whose always seeing the silver lining in the clouds. A very optimistic boy who finds something good in everything you say, even insults. It's very hard to make him frown, let alone to anger him.
The boy meets Ayase at the creek, where he's up high in a tree and notices she seems upset. He comes down, and does his best to cheer her up. He's aware she's very shy and uncomfortable, but rather than leave somebody to be depressed and downtrodden, he just talks at her- about himself. She doesn't need to reveal anything to him that she doesn't want to.
He enjoys complimenting her, and makes it a point he's complimenting her to compliment her and not trying to hit on her like she might be thinking. He does like to playfully tease though, and comments he's especially fond of her wearing his glasses. As his own project, he decides to take a picture of her every day to show her happiness growth.
