FDGKDJKF IRONICALLY, LYNN'S DAD!! champion of hoenn for roughly 10 years! he grew up loving art and actually doing a lot of more classic painting, and did it very well. as he grew up he continued painting mini masterpieces, but slowly began to develop his style. he embraced a more street savvy style! he enjoyed painting murals on various walls.
he is friends with simon, tho simon's life choices made them drift apart- not in spirit, but just for the sake of simon's secret. these days, vice is busy anyways being the champ. he's kicked lynn and caius out to start their jouney, tired of them having no desire to start a future.
